Camocim introduction

Camocim is a very nice town in the state of Ceará Brazil.

It is located 1,5h driving on sand north-west from the famous windsurfing place Jericoacoara. Camocim with it's natural environment, huge sand dunes, the Coreaú river that is joining the sea and on the other side a nice town with fishermen orgins offers a lot attractive things to see. 

The windsurfing sport is developping and the first young talents are now showing up! 

Due to the long sandbank and the offshore wind conditions, from August-January there you find perfect freestyle conditions with constant strong winds and perfect flatwater.
