Story
Since I was a kid we have spent every summer holidays in Greece Paros or Rhodos. All my family is windsurfing as well so it was not a problem for me spend the holidays windsurfing.
With 15 years I did my first air jibe. Since then I have felt very motivated to improve in Freestyle so I bought a JP freestyle board 90l Pro edition.
When I was 16 I did my first competition at the young guns camp in Prasonisi (Rhodos), where I reached the first place and won a JP Board. Since then I have decided to take part in competitions
because I love it. So I got a sail number SUI 199 and went almost every windy weekend to the lake to train. At my Home Spot there is a nice Windsurf centre called BiseNoire. The Crew is nice and
always funny. They offered me a discount, so I bought 2 new Firefly and a the Fly. In Easter I went to the south of France to participate at the Swiss Freestyle Cup. Unfortunately the competition
was cancelled as there was not enough wind. I still trained a lot and did my first Flakas.
In the 2009 summer Holiday I went for two weeks to paros and four weeks to Prasonisi! That year I participated again to the Young Gun Camp. I had 3 weeks to train before the camp started. I spent
most of the time on the water (from 9 p.m till the evening). In those 3 weeks I learned different switch moves like Puneta, Funnel and Eslider. During the camp I worked a lot on the Shaka but
without success. At the end of the camp there was again a competition which I won a second time even tough this year the level was higher than last year.
I love windsurfing more than anything and I enjoy it every time I‘m on the lake or at the sea. Since this camps in Prasonisi I'm so motivated
to compete again!
Windsurfing is my life!
